5 Hokages

This is a good picture of the Hokages from the five villages. I think the clouds under their feet represent their power in their villages.

All the five of them arent hokages-.-”
I only remember 2 but blue is kazekage and red hokage… So they’re not hokages, but kages from the 5 great shinobi villages.
