Neji Hyuga is a member of Team Guy and a child prodigy of the Hyuga clan.
When Neji is first introduced he is highly skilled with the Gentle Fist style of combat with which he can directly attack an opponent’s internal systems.
Although he has never been trained in the form Neji is able to replicate it and its most powerful attacks through simple observation.

In the beginning Neji Hyuga is troubled by a fatalistic philosophy. He believes that the weak remain weak and destiny is unavoidable. However, after being defeated in battle by Naruto Uzumaki he starts to abandon his beliefs about fate and destiny.
He manages to resolve problems betweeb him and the main house and begins training with the leader of the main house. Nejii is able to replicate some of the most powerful attacks only through observation. Neji becomes very skilled with the Gentle Fist style of combat. Wiith this he can attack an enemies internal systems directly.

This is a good picture with Sasuke and Neji back to back.
Neji used to believe strongly in destiny. He believed that if you are weak you will remain weak.
That all changed when he was defeated in battle by Naruto. Naruto proves that you can get stronger and prove destiny wrong.
Neji then abandons his ideas about destiny and fate. He is determined to get stronger so he will never lose another battle.
