Shikamaru Nara is a member of Team 10. The group consists of Shikamaru, Choji Akimichi, Ino Yamanaka, and the leader, Asuma Sarutobi.
Shikamaru’s abilities are based around the Shadow Imitation Technique. Using this technique, Shikamaru can manipulate his shadow.
He can stretch or compress it and even merge his shadow with that of his enemy. Merging his shadow with his enemy’s shadow causes them to become immobilized and forced to mimic Shikamaru’s every movement.

Team 10 consists of a group of Konohagakure ninja originally led by Asuma Sarutobi.
Fathers of Choji Akimichi, Shikamaru Nara, and Ino Yamanaka were also on a team together, and both generations refer to their team using the moniker “Ino-Shika-Cho”!

This is a really great picture of Shikamaru Nara. I love the little Shikamaru Chibi sitting on the name Shikamaru. I also like the look on Shikamaru’s face. It looks like he has some bossy woman talking to him and he is mad.

Shikamaru is a very interesting character. He is normally quite lazy. He is always trying to avoid hard work and take a nap!
But when his friends really needs him, Shikamaru always helps out. I love his shadow imitation technique because he can capture the shadow of enemies. Shikamaru acts with courage when it’s needed to ensure his friends are okay.
Shikamaru is a very cool character if you ask me! He can even use his shadow to choke an enemy!
