Neji is the adolescent prodigy of the Hyuuga clan, accepted to be the most powerful clan in all of Konoha.
The title of most strongest clan one time belonged to the Uchiha clan–but afterwards that clan was about absolutely wiped out, with only Sasuke remaining.
One of the many reasons for the Hyuuga clan’s power is the its unique skills they transferred to the ages: the Byakugan.
